The elections in Ukraine will be held in 5 days. The experience shows that everywhere in the world the results will be a projection of current surveys. So what do they look like?
The ruling party (Party of Regions) leads with a score of 22%. The second and third place are occupied ex aequo by Vitaly Klitschko’s UDAR and the coalition of the imprisoned Yulia Tymoshenko – the two parties have 15%. To the Supreme Council may also enter the Communists (around 10%). The party of Natalia Korolevska (previously associated with the former Prime Minister) also has some chances (3%), although the result is below the 5-percent threshold.
When I say “everywhere in the world”, I can safely add “outside Ukraine” because the survey results presented above concern only a half of seats selected through the proportional election. The rest will be selected in majority election in single-mandate districts and there it […]
