By Graham Bishop Over the past two years I have been working on developing a plan for a Temporary Eurobill Fund. I have taken the idea to the Commission and to EU capitals and the concept has gone a long way. I am looking forward to taking my place as a member of European Commission’s Expert Group looking into the merits and risks, legal requirements and financial consequences of initiatives for the joint issuance of debt in the form of a redemption fund and eurobills.
